A secret assignment

StorySoldier contacted Katja Stock from “Den store bagedyst” (The Great Danish Bake Off) to ask her if she would be interested in working on a secret assignment.
“Do you fancy making these? I would like to take them as a gift to Strandbakkehuset children’s and young people’s hospice when I visit them?”
This was my recent question to cake expert, Katja Stock.
I showed Katja page 14 of my picture book Tiny Heinie who wanted to be kick-ass like his dad, where I pointed to something that the story’s former beauty queen, Miss Sunshine, sells in her bakery.
The illustration made Katja smile, and she immediately threw herself into the project.
Tiny Heinie’s crochet mom gave Katja a few baking tricks before we went home again, and Katja and I also had time to have a little ... fun.
I look forward to seeing and tasting Katja’s interpretation of what is hidden on page 14 in my picture book about Tiny Heinie 🙂
