What we think of Tiny Heinie

Book review

My boys (especially 8-year-old Mathias) thought having a book about butts and rumps was great. Does it get any funnier?

Acute little story about finding yourself on a child’s own terms. There are many fun characters involved and they are so nicely drawn.

Mathias read the book to me first and he thought it was funny. He has also read it with Grandad and with Oliver. They take turns in reading a page while all cozied up on the sofa. This is without doubt a book we’re going to read again and again!

In addition to the story itself, there are 10 bead patterns of characters from the story. And if there’s one thing my boys love, it’s beads. So that was another huge hit with this wonderful book. Mathias was allowed to choose which one he would like to make, and he chose Señor Boleo.

We have just ordered a lot of beads ... so, we’ll probably start making more rumps ... :)

Kreative Pips (creative blogger Pia, www.kreativepips.dk) caught the bug for all things creative. She and her two boys, Oliver and Mathias, read and enjoyed Tiny Heinie who wanted to be kick-ass like his dad: “The bead patterns can also be used for embroidery, so I’ve spent the last few evenings embroidering Tiny Heinie. Mathias is absolutely mad about it, and I’m looking forward to completing his little gift.”
